The purpose of Eden’s ticketing process is to seriously limit the number of customers. This is so that we can stay a small crafts business which designs and hand makes everything we sell in our small spaces on Eden’s premises rather than in a factory. So if you are having trouble getting a ticket, our system is not broken, in fact it is working as intended.

Our ticket rules, our blocking or banning customers, etc. are attempts to keep things as fair for as many people as possible, and also be a way to limit the tickets that are approved. Be advised that if you ask a question through our website email that is in anyway and any place answered somewhere on this website (in FAQs or elsewhere) you will not get a response. If you consciously or inadvertently violate any ticketing rule you can be blocked without recourse as another part of this limiting process. We are humans so at times we will make mistakes, regardless all blocking and banning decisions are final.

Do not email ticket requests or cancellations! You will not be answered.

Any exchanges must be done by 8/31/24 and any repairs dropped off must be picked up by 8/31/24 when we close for the season or wait until the following 2025 season. We do nothing through the mail. 

 

Cancellations: Tickets MUST be canceled at least 24 hours BEFORE your appointment. The ONLY way to CANCEL a ticket, is to click on the cancel option on your ticket. DO NOT email us or message us in any way to cancel your ticket.
